Superhero Movies To Anticipate In 2014

This year in my opinion wasnt particularly great for movies, there however was Thor 2: The Dark Worldwhich was a great superhero movie and unfortunately thats it for Marvel Superhero’s this year. However not to worry, Marvel Studios will release three of the greatest most anticipated sequels of their box office hit movies come year 2014.

1. X-men : Days Of Future Past


This is a sequel to the X-men First Class Movie (2011), the cast includes most of the cast of first class (Jennifer Lawrence, her real life boyfriend Nicolas Hoult, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender etc) as well as the original X-men cast (Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellan etc)

2. Captain America : The Winter Soldier



The first Captain America movie was a terrible movie for me considering i had high hopes for it, but seeing that the Avenger Movie was a huge success we can only hope that they have improved upon their movie making skills and awe us next year. Chris Evans remains the hero and Scarlett Johanssonand Samuel Jackson will also be cast for the upcoming movie next April.

3. The Amazing Spiderman 2




The amazing spiderman movie came out in 2012 with Emma Stone and real life boyfriend Andrew Garfield, it was undisputedly one of my best movies that year. As opposed the the series with Tobey Maguire, i think Andrew Garfield played a better Peter Parker/ Spiderman superhero. Also changing focus from Mary Jane Watson to Gwen Stacy was an excellent move. In the upcoming sequel, the lead stars will remain and Jamie Foxx will be an addition to the cast as he plays a villian; Electro.

No amount of club music, flashing lights, or behemoth title fonts can get us really optimistic for this new venture, which lands Lohan's character in the midst of a budding career as a porn star (playing opposite Lohan is real life porn star James Deen).
So now that we finally have The Canyons, at least in trailer form, were all our hopes, or dreads, validated?
